Soft-locks, not paywalls
Nothing is ever hidden. On Free or Lifetime you can see blockers, working patterns and leave — try to use them and you get an inline upgrade prompt, not an error.
If you cancel
Caps apply to new rows only. A lapsed account keeps everything it mapped: read and delete forever, and people and departments stay editable. Gated features go read-only until you re-subscribe. Your data is never held hostage.
Your data
Every workspace gets a one-click export (JSON and CSV) and a delete all organisation data purge. The map contains third-party data — colleagues' names, roles and leave — so both are always available, on every plan, free included.
Team workspaces
Squad adds a shared map plus Orientation — a day-one briefing for new joiners — and the Handover pack for people rolling off. Orientation is available on every team workspace; gated sections soft-lock on free teams.
