Last updated: 4 November 2026. These terms govern your use of OrgBearings.
OrgBearings is a workspace for mapping who does what in your organisation — people, departments, projects, blockers, working patterns and availability. It is provided on a free, one-off or subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspaces.
A personal workspace belongs to one user; a team workspace is shared by its members. Workspace owners control membership and can export or delete all workspace data.
You retain all rights to the content you enter. Workspace data is private to that workspace and is never shared with other customers.
You are the data controller for third-party personal data you record (colleagues’ names, roles, working patterns, leave and other details). You warrant that you have a lawful basis to hold and process that information, and that you will honour any rights requests made by the people concerned. OrgBearings provides export and purge tools to help you do this.
You must not use the service to store unlawful content, to monitor people covertly in breach of applicable law, or in any way that infringes the rights of the people you record.
Paid plans are billed in GBP via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time in account settings.
Caps apply only to new records. If a subscription lapses, you keep everything: all data remains readable and deletable, people and departments stay editable, and subscription-gated features become read-only until you re-subscribe. The one-off Lifetime directory purchase does not expire.
Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, no interference with the service or other customers, no automated scraping, no exceeding plan limits by creating multiple workspaces to evade caps.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, OrgBearings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of information you or your team record in a workspace. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact us via the contact page.
